Rolling bands: the screen refreshes 60 times a second and the backlight dims by pulsing, so a fast camera shutter catches it part-way. Your eyes never see either.
Can it be fixed?
Yes, in the camera: move slightly closer or farther, tilt a few degrees, use a slower shutter speed or a lower ISO, or lower the screen brightness. Or take a screenshot instead — the screen is fine.

- Screenshot instead of a photo, whenever possible.
- Change distance and angle until the bands go.
- Slower shutter / Night mode for stripes.
- Lower the screen brightness so the camera uses a longer exposure.
