Blue dots on screen
A blue dots on a screen screen is OLED damage: the blue sub-pixels in that area have been knocked out of balance by pressure or a knock, so the area renders blue where it should be white.
Test it now
Full-screen white first — a coloured patch stands out on white. Then grey and black: pixel and OLED damage vanishes on black, surface marks and rainbow rings do not. Press very gently beside (not on) the mark: if it shifts, it is between layers, not in the panel.
What it is

Can it be fixed?
No. Damaged OLED does not recover. A new display is the fix, and it is not a warranty fault unless it appeared with no impact.
What to do
- White, grey, black in full screen; note which colours show it.
- Press gently beside the mark — if it moves, it is layers or a protector, not the panel.
- Coloured single dots: pixel fixer for 10–20 minutes.
- A patch that stays: photograph it, get a display quote, and keep the screen cooler and out of tight pockets.

Most makers replace a panel under warranty for physical panel faults that are not accidental damage; pressure marks, cracks and liquid damage are treated as accidental and are not covered.
